COOK to open its doors in Wokingham for the first time on Good Friday

A food company that specialises in ‘homemade’ frozen meals is opening its doors in Wokingham for the first time tomorrow.

Known in the trade as a ‘soft launch’, COOK is the latest Peach Place store to open. A proper opening party will follow in the next few weeks.

Based next to record store Beyond The Download in Rose Street, it will be open from 9am through to 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

To mark the opening, there will be special food tastings and samples available.

And there is also a discount voucher available on COOK’s Wokingham webpage.

COOK says that its menu includes children’s meals, comfort food, pies and special diets. There is also a range of meals that come in at 400 calories or fewer.

As well as meals for one, it also offers meals for eight upwards, a time-saving way for hosts to enjoy more of their dinner parties.

And for those that can’t wait, there is already a COOK selection available in the farm shop at Hare Hatch Sheeplands, and the Binfield Co-up.

The news follows hot on the heels of the launch date for Sit & Sip Tasting Room, which The Wokingham Paper exclusively revealed in its print edition today.

And Eden Lounge will open the doors to its new salon on Wednesday, April 24.
