I really do love those words above.
They get you hyped up for the day.
You can’t help but feel more confident after saying the words.
The words get you feeling happy and content.
Overall… they are just AWESOME. And what do we do with things that are AWESOME? Yes, we keep doing them and then we do them some more.

These last few weeks have been really exciting for me on both a personal and professional level. In personal terms, on June 29 at 6.23am, our unbelievably gorgeous daughter Bella was born.
She came into the world like Usain Bolt on the running track, fast and efficiently and has been amazing ever since.
The family have been loving her so much and my wife Emma has been outstanding. You couldn’t ask for more from a mother and a wife. Amazing stuff.
I love what I do but I now have another reason to fly home on breaks and at the end of the day with our latest arrival. If you have been reading this column for some time you will know we already have Summer (11), Sienna (9) and Sofia, who will be five on Monday. All girls and I can tell you now…our house is a very interesting one to live in.
“Wait for the next few years,” my clients tell me who have children slightly older.
Roll on I say. Bring it on he says with a rye smile ha-ha.
So that was my big personal news this week … amazing right? Now on to the professional news and this again is very exciting.
A huge part of my work is to do with happiness and making people ultimately happier. I do this by using my M.A.S.T.E.R.Y Model and my MIND, BODY and LIFE Coaching techniques.
One of the leading authorities when it comes to HAPPINESS is Action For Happiness who I am sure I have mentioned before.
In their own words, “Action for Happiness is a movement of people committed to building a happier and more caring society. We want to see a fundamentally different way of life – where people care less about what they can get just for themselves and more about the happiness of others.”
Pretty cool right?

One of their flagship courses is called EXPLORING WHAT MATTERS.
Exploring What Matters gives you the chance to meet friendly, like-minded people and find simple ways to make yourself and others happier. It’s an eight-week course that is based on pure science. It is designed to help you meet with like-minded people to explore what really matters in life and then to find new ways of looking at things.
The course helps you learn from the experts through videos, mindfulness exercises and a handbook full of resources to help you break big ideas into manageable chunks. One of the big advantages is that it allows you to take small actions each week by taking time to reflect on how to create happiness for yourself and those around you.
Like I said, the course is run over eight sessions, which take place weekly and last for two hours, and is open to anyone interested in exploring how to create happiness for themselves or others.
Everyone who joins the course donates an amount of their choice to be there, so the course is available to anyone, no matter their financial circumstances. Each course is run by friendly and enthusiastic volunteers and yes you have probably guessed it … that is yours truly but also my co leader and seriously awesome individual Clare Rowley (Superwoman as I like to call her).
Our course will from Monday, September 16, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm for eight weeks. It will be based in my venue on Molly Millars Lane, Wokingham.
