Families invited to hunt for chicks in Woodley’s shopping precinct

WITH spring finally here, a load of chicks has gone missing and families are being encouraged to track them down.

A little birdie tells us that they are hiding in the shop windows of Woodley stores and a contest is being held over the school holidays.

The event started last weekend and runs through to Low Saturday – April 20 – the annual event sees models of small yellow chicks appearing across Woodley’s popular shopping precinct.

Participants can find entry forms on The Card Shop, Cozze Restaurant, Woodley Goldsmith, Woodley Pets, Costa, EATS@101, brown bag, Bosco Lounge and The Oakwood Centre. This form is to be used to write the names of the shops housing one of the lost chicks.

Completed forms should be returned by April 20 to be entered into a draw to win Argos vouchers. First prize is £35, second is £25 and third is £20.
