Four years and counting – Wokingham’s Bond Brews hosts popular party

FOUR years and counting!

On Saturday, Heathlands Road-based brewery Bond Brews held a party to celebrate its latest milestone, serving beer while guests enjoyed music and a barbecue.

Performers included TRIM, Zach Johnson, Sophie Al-Noah and Toxic Sofa.

Brewery owner Dean Bond said that attendance was almost four times as much as last year’s event.

“Not only did we serve over 225 people on the day but we raised £680 for Prostate Cancer UK from entry donations and un-used beer tokens and also £112 for WADE, who served the food.

“It was the best fun I’ve had in ages.”

And the event was a hit with the visitors too.

On social media, one reveller said: “What a fabulous day. So many folk chilling out and enjoying the different beers and music”.
