Jacquie’s joy at first place in Miami contest

Jacquie Gee

A WOKINGHAM resident is celebrating after scooping international success last week.

Jacquie Gee competed in Miami Pro 2019 World Championships.

Her impressive physique saw her take place in the Bikini Model- over 35 years category. It was not the only honour that the mum of two came home with.

She came fifth place in the ‘Fit Mums’ category and as a result was awarded a Pro Card which enables her to now compete at a professional level.

Jacquie is a personal trainer and fitness coach specialising in female health and well-being. She said that she spent 14 weeks preparing for the competition which involved a strict nutrition regime, five weight training sessions per week, and bespoke ‘posing training’ for show-day.

“I believe that women can empower themselves through great fitness and health choices to have self love and be body confident,” said Jacquie.

And it should come as no surprise that her success is something that she is happy to share. She said she can offer bespoke solutions for her clients including body transformation packages.

Jacquie also has a year to prepare to defend her title: the 2020 championships will take place in April at the Alban Arena in Herts.
