Jobseekers are getting good advice from Adviza

Jobseekers across the Thames Valley are receiving good quality careers information, advice and guidance says Ofsted.

In their recent inspection of Adviza, the not-for-profit organisation responsible for National Careers Service provision in the Thames Valley, Ofsted rated the provider as Good in all areas.

Ofsted rated Adviza Good in all four areas of the inspection: effectiveness of leadership and management; quality of information, advice and guidance; personal development, behaviour and welfare; and outcomes for customers.

Katharine Horler, Chief Executive of Adviza said: “As a charity, it is particularly pleasing that the inspectors highlighted the effectiveness of our advisers to motivate jobseekers and give them the confidence to move forward.”
