THIS WEEKEND, homebuilder Bellway is throwing open the doors of over 50 new homes across six developments in the Thames Valley.

Its portfolio includes two bedroom apartments to five bedroom houses, designed to appeal to first time buyers, downsizers and families alike.

And the builder also offers Help to Buy and Easy Mover schemes, on a selection of properties to assist homebuyers on or up the property ladder.

Steve Garton, Sales Director at Bellway Thames Valley said: “The open house event this weekend will give prospective purchasers the chance to walk around a variety of our homes and get a really good feel for the size and layouts as well as the developments themselves and surrounding areas.

“All of our properties are built to a high standard and will certainly cater to a wide range of tastes and lifestyles, along with the schemes on offer, we hope that buyers can find their perfect home at an affordable price.”

The developments include Langford Park in Spencers Wood, Reading and Littlebrook in Shinfield.

The Help to Buy scheme provides buyers the opportunity to purchase with as little as a 5% deposit with a 20% loan from the Government, interest free for the first five years.
Prices at Langford Park start from £320,000 for a two-bedroom apartment. Prices at Littlebrook start from £425,000 for a three-bedroom detached home.
