TWO teenagers were robbed while they were in a Woosehill supermarket car park on Saturday night.
Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to come forward – especially as the Morrison’s store was still open at the time.
The duo were near the bike racks in the car park of the Woosehill Spine Road store around 8pm on Saturday when they were approached by three other teenage boys.
Police said that the thieves – described as white boys aged 13 or 14 – engaged in conversation with the victims and are believed to have acted in a threatening and intimidating manner.
They took a mountain bike and a quantity of cash were taken from the victims.
The first thief is described as being of slim build with short blond hair. He was wearing a grey T-shirt and grey shorts.
The second boy is of small build with dark coloured, permed hair. He was wearing a dark coloured hooded sweatshirt and light blue jeans.
The third boy is described as being of larger build with short blond hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt and white shorts.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Neil Lofthouse of Force CID, based at Loddon Valley police station, said: “I am urging anyone who witnessed this incident to please come forward.
“Anyone with any information should contact police on the 24-hour non-emergency number 101 quoting reference 43190197148 or make a report online.
“Alternatively, reports can be made anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
