Two teenagers arrested in connection with Sol Joel Park robbery

TWO teenage boys have been arrested in connection with a robbery at Sol Joel Park, in Earley, earlier this month.

At around 8pm on Monday, September 18, three males approached the victim, an 18-year-old man, as he was walking in Sol Joel Park, and assaulted him.

The three men stole the victim’s bike and rucksack. The offenders then ran off towards Wokingham Road.

The victim suffered minor injuries during the incident.

On Wednesday, September 20, two 15-year-old boys were arrested in Reading on suspicion of robbery in connection with this incident. Both boys have been released under investigation.
