Wokingham Theatre’s new play will be Just The Ticket to banish Janaury blues

Play will be performed from Wednesday, January 16

THE FIRST play from Wokingham Theatre in 2019 is a comedy designed to brighten up those January Blues.

Just The Ticket tells the story of Susan, an eccentric 60-year-old who celebrates her birthday with a trip down memory lane: back in her 20s, she travelled with friends to Australia, but now she’s travelling alone apart from 40 years of baggage.

The show looks at the colourful chaos in her life and is a poignant 90-minute flight through all those memories.

Directed by Margery Jackson, the theatre will perform the show rom Wednesday, January 16 through to Saturday, January 19.

Tickets cost £12 and can be booked by visiting www.wokingham-theatre.org.uk.
