Young adults can cement their future in the construction industry with this work experience opportunity.

A Wokingham business is calling for young adults to apply for their summer work experience placements. And they aren’t asking for any previous experience in the industry.  

Roofing and cladding contractor Kovara Projects Ltd will provide week long placements in departments such as Project Estimating, Project Design, and Project Management.  

Two applicants will be selected from the submissions, one under and one over the age of 16.  

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to be involved in multi-million pound projects and shadow an elected employee in one of the departments. The opportunity for participants to be paid for their work is also mentioned.

Kovara is a family-run company which provides a quality design and installation service for external building packages including roofing, cladding, rainwater goods, architectural features and fabrications.

The team is currently made up of 30 employees and is looking to expand as a result of the placement scheme.
